Red Bull star Max Verstappen won the 2025 Las Vegas GP after qualifying on the front row and making a brilliant overtake on Lando Norris on the first lap.
Verstappen’s girlfriend, Kelly Piquet, took to Instagram and reacted to the four-time F1 champion’s win in Sin City.

Max Verstappen оnlу managed to qualify P2 at the Las Vegas GP in the rain-affected qualifying, with his championship rival Lando Norris starting on pole position.
As the lights went out, Norris went aggressive and defended the inside line into Turn 1, braked late into the corner and gave up the position to the Dutchman.
From there on out, Verstappen controlled the race from the front, being the last driver on the medium tires to pit, and came out in the effective lead just seconds ahead of George Russell.
After the Top 3 settled into the final stint, Lando Norris ran 4-5 seconds behind the Red Bull driver.
However, in the final few laps, Norris was instructed by the team to lift and coast following a suspected brake issue.
The Dutchman wasn’t under any pressure, took the point for the fastest lap on the last lap and won the Las Vegas GP.

Lando Norris admits Lap 1 mistake, which gave Max Verstappen the race lead
With Lando Norris starting in P1, he was on the outside line for the race start.
As the lights went out, the McLaren driver attempted to cover the inside line in an attempt to prevent a move from the Dutchman.
Unfortunately, the Briton brakes late into the corner, which left an opening for Max Verstappen.
